I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied through my school's online portal, was selected for an on-campus pre-interview night which lasted around an hour. This was primarily a question answering session as well as a way to meet the people who would be interviewing you the next day. Then I participated in 2 30 minute back-to-back on campus interviews the next afternoon. The first interview was more of a personality interview, while the second was not nearly as laid back and was used to assess your skills and knowledge of the company.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Londra, Inghilterra) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied online through their careers portal in November and in January was invited to the assessment centre, which took place in early February. The assessment centre was one single day, 4 hours, with a few short (25 minute) interviews and a case study and group exercise. We were given some readings to prepare for the group exercise, and then a post-group individual interview about the processes of the group stage.

Question 1
A lily pad in a pond doubles every minute. If it takes 1 hour to fill the pond, how long does it take for the lily pad to expand to 1/4 of the pond?
The interview process was straight forward. They took a while to communicate sometimes but they were very helpful when they did. I applied to a position far from me, so I did two Skype interview with two separate VPs on the same mornng. A week after that interview I go a letter of acceptance.
