They reached out to me 2 weeks after applying and scheduled 2 different 30-minute interviews where there wasn't much chance left for your own questions (max 2min). Also, the role was described VERY differently by VP (trying to sell the role and making it more appealing) and Managing Director. That raised red flags. More than a week later I reached out to HR for feedback. No reply.
