Was first interviewed on the phone which was an initial discussion to understand my interests and experience along with helping me understand the opportunity.
Post this I was invited for an in-person discussion with the panel twice. I was engaged and kept informed of the time line expectancy at all stages and was not caught by surprise.
I was also treated really well where my opinions and thoughts were valued. I was respected by all panel members.
