Interview process is bad seems like they only interview people with 10 years + exp or harvard or oxbridge candidates in the UK, very discriminatory. this has been tried and tested and is accurate
The interview process took about 1 hr but the questions they were asking weren't the ones i had prepared for. One of them being what is the most recent article you found intresting aabout the finainicla market.

The first steps included a few phone screening conversation with the hiring manager. Eventually was invited to the office for a super day which consisted of 5-6 interviews over 3 hours.
