Interview
The hiring process was straight forward with a phone interview with questions pertaining directly to the job profile. It was technical but not too difficult with an onus on getting the right person for the job. Then was called for on-site interview where the members from the team directly interviewed me. Some of the interviews were tougher and some were just management related. Later learned that the tougher interviewers did not expect me to answer everything correctly. They just wanted to know how we approach the problem and use their hints to arrive at the solution
