Intel Corporation Software Developer interview questions

I have had two interviews and they finally called me for a third. The first I answered questions and the second I did a technique test. They are very nice people and take into account soft habilities.

One hour interview online, meet with two interviewers, 30 mins each. The first person is a team member and the second interviewer is the manager. Had two coding questions and the questions themselves are not difficult, but the follow-up questions could be tricky. Did not heard back for two weeks, and then got a rejection.
