Set up an interview on site , first interview consisted of 2 parts: part 1: tell me about yourself , describe a project , etc. part 2: programming questions after a day received a phone call , wanted to set a second interview. the second interview is the same as the first. In both interviews there are 2 guys , and you need to code on paper.
