phone interview was basic; making sure that the person does have relevant skills. Onsite interview consisted of 4 1:1 interviews, each for a different area. one for logic, one for architecture, one for software and one for behavioral.
difficulty was average level. software was a little difficult and involved problem solving qs as well.
