Phone interview with an intern and then manager. Process was very messy and unclear; didn’t ask about anything other than resume and experiences. Emailed for an update due to a pending offer but didn’t receive anything until a generic rejection months later. Bad experience
Submit resume. Interview with multiple team members who ask behavioral questions. Responses are studied and discussed to vet the right candidate. Experience and education are reviewed with a specific emphasis on match to the job needs.

I was interviewed by the Director of Marketing for Low Power Notebooks.
He asked me which company's Marketing strategy impressed him and why.
I did not mention Intel.
He asked me why, and I said that I did not get the point of the Multiply Marketing campaign.
Needless to say, I did not get hired.
