First is written then comes interview. both are very easy. all get selected in interview. they check the communication skills. The first round is iq and english basics only.

It was a campus placement held at my college, around 7-8 college students appeared for the written exam approximately around 1000 students. In 1000 students 50 were shortlisted for interview after the first round (Aptitude test)
