Interview went well, they asked general coding questions like what is oops concepts, what is sql and also how to find if the number is Prime number or not and all along with common introduction and all.
The interview was smooth and easy, with a very friendly interviewer. We discussed company culture, the team dynamics, and the type of work done at Infosys, which gave me a clear understanding and positive impression.
The interview process was remarkably straightforward and candidate-friendly. The majority of the session was dedicated to thoroughly discussing my resume, work experience, and educational background. The technical portion focused exclusively on core computer science fundamentals rather than complex algorithmic challenges or advanced system design problems. Topics covered included basic data structures, fundamental programming concepts, and general software engineering principles. There were no tricky coding problems, no whiteboard challenges, and no deep dives into specialized technologies. The interviewers seemed more interested in understanding my background, motivations, and how my experience aligned with the role rather than testing my ability to solve difficult technical puzzles under pressure. Overall, it felt more like a conversational assessment of fit and competency rather than an intensive technical examination.
