Was a good experience. The interview process was well organized. An analytical test was followed by a general interview. The interview lasted for considerable time. Varied questions were asked aimed at testing the communication skills and thought process of the candidate. Technical know how was not scrutinized but general technical awareness was judged.

Interview is just a formality here. If you are clearing the written test then there are good chances that you ll get offer. They ll ask general questions to check communication skills . and sometimes they ask simple puzzles.
