first ppt of the company then afterwords written test aptitude only...........then 1:1 personnel interview......then they selected 68 student from r college................

Interview was very well organized. First round is the aptitude test which is not that tough to clear and the second round is the psychological round where the attittude of person is checked. It's safe to be truthfully yours in the second round, coz if u fake around , the chances of you failing it is high.
