Infosys System Engineer interview questions

It was an HR interview. No technical questions. Mostly the grades in high school and college were reviewed, and there was less importance given to technical skills. It is necessary to obtain the cut off marks. Other than that the interview process is just a formality, where they just check your communication skills.

Only the students with above 69% aggregate in all their courses were allowed to appear for recruitment. It began with a simple aptitude test. The aptitude test covers basic quantitative, language and logical questions. Those who qualified went on to the personal interview round. The interview can be for 15 to 30 minutes. Basic questions are asked. Finally, those who cleared the interview were given the job offers.
