The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Poona) in Jun 2008
Interview
Infosys came to our college for recruiting. Initial phase consisted of a english/aptitude written test of 2 hours. It was pretty easy for an average guy to crack the test. After that, the selected people were given interviewed on 1-1 basis. Interview consisted of nothing more than spoken english capabilities and communications. No technical questions of any sorts were asked because they said they will give us required training them-self. Results were declared on the same day.

Question 1
What did you do in this project (a project in my resume) ?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Infosys (Nuova Delhi) in Jan 2007
Interview
We had a simple talk about the current affairs. Interviewer asked about the UP politics and some of the local Delhi issues. As i was an electronics Engineer so he started asking some of the electronics questions. I dont think he even himself knew the answers because after three years of work experience all i know is that a INFY guy can't remember any tecnical details(no matter he was an eletronics Er himself). Just for time pass he was asking some questions about type of radiations and different uses of those types. Later he asked me some Aptitude questions and a Maths puzzle.
