Infosys Software Developer interview questions

Hii, I gave interview for INFOSYS on dated 7th Jan 2023, they took all the interview rounds on that day only and I performed really well and after 2 days I got call from HR and she was ready to give me the expected salary of what I mentioned in their career portal and after that discussion just after 3 days I got another call from another HR and he said I need to give one more round of Technical Interview and that was kind of unfair I felt after every thing, why this again (I was thinking). I asked HR that why this all again, so he said- the person who took your technical round is not eligible to take your interview as per your experience basis. (Deep down I just wanted to say to them, that this is not my mistake but I didn't and I said OK to that HR) Is this normal behavior after discussing everything, salary , location they again started the interview procedure.

I had virtual interview and it is average level of interview, there 2 rounds one is assessment test and other is technical round + hr round. The online test is of aptitute,reasoning,english and coding questions
