Interview
This process was incredibly easy. I had a short phone call with a recruiter. Several days later I had a skype interview with two senior developers. They asked me some behavioral questions and some really basic Java and SQL questions. My answers didn't seem to matter much because it feels like anyone with a basic understanding of software could get this job. The interviewers were friendly and I enjoyed our interview.

Interview
Basic technical round with questions based on logic, English, and math. It was a 30-45mins exam and they shortlisted candidates based on the results. Once, shortlisted from the first round, there was a behavioral interview. They also asked few basic technical questions also.

Interview
I was given an aptitude test first which was pretty easy- focused on math and logic-based problems - no actual programming or whiteboarding in the aptitude test. Then the technical interview was given to me which was a pretty smooth process. There were two panelists one for the technical side of things and one to kind of get an idea of what kind of person you are. Went pretty seamlessly and the technical interview was not that intimidating. Verbal coding and programming questions to see if you actually have the fundamentals and basic knowledge they are looking for.
