I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ideal Image
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter for Ideal Image. The recruiter was amazing and helpful through the entire process. After my phone interview with the recruiter, I was then scheduled to Skype interview with the Regional Manager. My interview with the Regional Manager was pleasant and as expected (general questions asked) and was immediately asked to Skype Interview with the National Director of Sales.
The interview with the NDS was a little more nerve racking. He was not very personable. He asked more in depth questions. In the end when I asked about corporate culture, he replied "we are very mom & pop" -definitely not something I would think fit the Ideal Image "image". The Recruiter called me back that night and seemed baffled that I was not offered the position.

How do you sell a service that a customer can get elsewhere for less?
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ideal Image
Interview
Online application was submitted, then a first call and email from HR department, then in person interview set up with manager through HR. Second interview was set up with the nurse preceptor the next day. Both interviews were very comfortable and the staff was very nice right from the first minute I came in to interview. Questions pertained to the job as well as availability to work and instances of working with others, giving examples. Part of the interview also consisted of shadowing for part of the day.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker and how was it handled?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ideal Image in Feb 2015
Interview
There was a three interview process. One over the phone with the corporate recruiter. She was well prepared, easy to talk to and very excited about this company. Then I met with the district manager which was very profession and asked very detailed questions. This interview was face to face. The last interview was with the National Director. This interview was done via Skype and he too asked very detailed questions as you would expect. You can tell a company by the quality of the people they hire and I was very impressed with the three people that were involved in this process.
