I applied online. I interviewed at Ideal Image (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
I had 1 phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and 1 with the Hiring Manager.
The interview process was a very easy experience. As long as, you connect your answers with real life scenarios.

I applied online. I interviewed at Ideal Image (Savannah, GA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Horrible interview process. The interview process took 1-2 weeks. The interviewers seemed peeved when I started to ask questions about the job. The recruiter that reached out to me first didn't know the exact territories this position would be managing so it left a bad impression on me going into the first and second interview. I thought it was a bad sign that the hiring managers don't care about the important details of the job they are hiring for.
The second interview with the regional manager was more informed and I received more clarification about the position. However, it felt like the manager already had the verdict before the interview started. The interview lasted less than 15 minutes. The tone of the whole interview felt condescending to me. At the end of the interview, I asked "What do you expect the person in this role to accomplish in the next 90 days?" and the hiring manager started to chuckle and said that I should read this book with the same title before she answered my question.

Question 1
What are your strengths?
Why do you want to work for Ideal Image?
What was your role in your previous job?
Who would you hire?
What is your experience in inventory/operations?
Got an e-mail asking to set up phone call interview. Set up phone interview, after that they send their notes to a hiring manager, told I'd hear back tomorrow either way, got an e-mail that night about compensation numbers and never heard back after that.
The phone interview never asked about working with clients, all they wanted were exact sales #s. I tried to explain it to try to help them understand how our sales were different. They responded with yeah but how many sales, what'd you say you made in sales even though I explained it multiple times that I didn't know because it was ___ time ago which told me that they weren't really listening to anything that I was saying. Also, researched after that and looked on Better Business Bureau and saw a lot of reports so that made me glad that I felt uneasy about that whole phone call.
My advice:
Do more than basic research, they might not be a horrible company and I might've just had a bad interviewer but that whole interview made me feel like it was a scam and that they genuinely don't care about their customers.
