ION Group interview questions

The interview process was divided into 5 rounds with the technical interview based on DSA and puzzles being the first, then a case study round based on basics of market knowledge and basic economics. Then the further rounds were conducted in person at their office on th iON day: the stakeholders round which majorly consists of situational questions and resume based questions and then the culture fit and the future fit rounds which are rather easy based on basic personal thoughts and opinions which should align with the company’s values

During my interview process, the first round consisted of 22 questions in total, with 20 technical questions and 2 coding challenges. The technical questions primarily focused on data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving concepts. I was tested on concepts like **arrays**, **linked lists**, **trees**, **graphs**, and **dynamic programming**. The coding questions involved solving algorithmic problems efficiently, requiring a solid understanding of **time complexity** and **space optimization**. Overall, the first round was a comprehensive assessment of both theoretical knowledge and practical coding skills.
