There were 3 rounds , first technical, second managerial, 3rd higher management and technical..i cleared 2 rounds and in 3rd round I answered and convinced technical person...but in feedback got to know...higher manager was not convinced with tech skills don't know how they judge....even though i cleared technical rounds.
