Phone interview asked about who I am as a person etc what's my availability then invited to: Group stage usual scenario questions, group presentation and problem solving, One to one interview a week later that looked at my values again and which department I would suit best

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
