IBM Technical Support interview questions

We were around 25 members.first round was JAM..we were asked to talk about any topic of our choice.we were 5 min to decide and think of the topic.communication skills were checked.only 2 including me where selected to the next round.while we were talking about 1 topic he would interrupt and ask about any other topic like who is your inspiration.second round was voice and accent(VnA).the communication trainer came with his laptop with the testing software.he asked me to speak about my previous work experience.I began speaking and after the session was over the trainer told that i could not clear the round.I was pretty nervous at that time, hence my rate of speech was high and I realised that I was falling short of words.because of which I could not qualify for the third round

the interview was in hyderabad. It begins with checking your Identity, As their are many candidates after waiting for more than hour you are called by an HR some referrals will be called separately. They will only be checking your communication skills. I don't know what exactly they need. I was selected for further process also.
