IBM Technical Support Engineer interview questions

First round was normal introduction in the second round we had to come up with a speech on a topic given by them third was basic technical round where basic troubleshooting questions were asked

It was very well organised and very professional.The organisation makes sure that it gets the best out of the people who attended and freshers get more benefited. I would recommend everyone who is currently looking out for a job in technical support domain to attend interview at IBM
