IBM Technical Support Engineer interview questions

We two rounds of interview. First with HR, a nice relaxing chat and the logic test. Then with a team of managers as they were creating a new team . The 2nd interview lasted for about 2h ad we talked about the past experience, what we study in the University, how we handle a possible situation ( troubleshooting)

The interview process is quite Professional and to the point. The interview selection depends a lot on your technical skills and abilities plus your analytical skills. HR rounds are the easiest.
