IBM Software Test Engineer interview questions

There was an on-site technical exam, and then an interview with the development manager and test team lead. If you passed the technical exams, a follow-up interview was setup (over the phone) with the VP who was overseeing project. The final stage was a medical exam & once that was in order, the contract was sent to you.

Applied on line, had an interview after 1 week, got and offer after 4 weeks. Overall, the interview went smoothly. And not as hard as I thought, but good experience for me.
