There were three rounds conduction for the role software developer , behavioural , technical and Hr. Each round is for 45 min - 1 hr. The interviewers were very friendly.
An hour for first round, 15 min behavioral, 45 min technical. Asked standard generic behavioral questions then a leetcode medium technical question. Awaiting to hear back to see if I got an invitation to the final round.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Buenos Aires)
Interview
A 3rd party reached for the first interview. The second was with the technical team, where they asked me about my background, knowledge, experience, etc.
Then they reached me again for another interview with the same people where they basically asked me a few of those things again (literally same questions).
Then they reached for whatsapp and told me to schedule an interview. The person cancel the interview and reschedule for the following week. He didn't contacted me and, when I reached him, he told he was very busy, but we would be having it the following week, that they were really interested on me (he talked as if it was already done).
Next week, same thing. The following week I didn't got any news from him and decided to not even contact him as I received an offer from a please that didn't seem as desorganized as them.
A few weeks later the recruiter (third party) sent me a linkedin message telling me the position was paused for now (the guy from whatsapp, who was some kind of technical leader, didn't reach again)
