Aptitude test was the first round. It had a lot of number series related questions. It was a bit challenging. But if you prepare with previous year question paper it would be quite easy. The next set was full of general aptitude questions. This was followed by communication proficiency test. It was quite easy. The HR interview was a cake walk.

They called me to talk about the team (I didn't talk about my work for much, they talked about what they did a lot), then they gave me a skilled assessment test (basically a math and IQ test), and then they offered me (sent an offer letter with compensation, other important information, etc. Pretty simple process.
