IBM treats it's potential employees SUPER disrespectfully. I applied through a referral and got a HacckerRank interview, but they sent me the wrong one. NO contact information and NO replies whatsoever to my queries. I have contacted them at multiple emails and multiple times and still nothing.
This is such a waste of time and super disrespectful to prospective employees. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Interview
It was online, they sent an online coding challenge. It had 3 questions, one required DP. The two others were very standard questions you would find on hackerrank or leetcode. Only one question was considered medium difficulty the other two were easy difficulty.
I have applied the position online. A few days later, they will let you to do online test for a few questions, from easy question to hard question. You can track the process online.
