Interview
First did an OA which was kind like an IQ test, then after 1 month got an onsite interview of roughly 45 mins. There was no technical questions but more like a conversation discuss about the project you worked on and previous experiences etc. After the interview, waited 2 weeks, no news, tried to follow up with recruiter, not getting any respond, follow up again, nothing, till now its been almost 2 months, still no update, portal still says "in consideration".
Very bad experience with IBM recruiter, giving result after interview is the least respect to the candidate, working as recruiter, you're representing the company. please stop ghosting candidate, please be respectful.
