I received an assessment on hackerrank. There were two problems within 60 minutes. The thing is that they should change this approach, is boring for the candidate and will not reveal a big thing. I think first talking with the candidate about the experience, the projects, the collaboration with clients, analysts, devs .etc is more important and can reveal perks about candidate that cannot be seen from an coding assesment.
