IBM Software Applications Developer interview questions

2 to 3 round of interview. 1st 2 round is technical. Once get selected in company, you may have more round of interview for getting a project. Internal interview are based upon project and it's critality. May have clients interview or background check once onboard to a project.

There were totally 3 rounds, 2 rounds was complete. I really wonder why HR has not updating the further process, as per them I have cleared 2 rounds still waiting for there call. It would be better if they inform us the result then and there itself
