IBM Software Application Developer interview questions

First round was Programming test Second round was Technical Interview on Java / J2EE along with UI questions. Last round was Manager / HR round. The whole process completed in a day and I got the offer on that same day. Both the rounds were difficult and the whole interview process was very thorough.

The interview process was conducted online. Given the tricky questions and the selections with short period of time, its bit difficult to answer and it takes time to understand .Also some questions are graphic related and you need to select the moving graphics quickly .
