I got a call from HR and the interview was scheduled its telephonic, after telephonic round I got a skype call from the manager and it went smoothly, after that call I got a confirmation mail stating the offer and the package as discussed on the phone

First you need to pass the assessment (Java exam). Right after you'll take the IQ and EQ exam. Then got interviewed by a tester. Went to a room, asked to introduce myself, is it ok to get deployed to a different place, are you ok taking a role that you don't want.
