The first step is IQ test. That was quite simple and easy to pass it. The second group interview which is quite general interview gathers 10 people and asked ‘What is the most impressive project’ like that.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
