I applied online. I interviewed at IBM (Petaling) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview was very simple. They didnot ask anything about the company. They started with an introduction of yourself and followed by few questions about your working experience, University activities involvements, about your internship, about your studies, about personal life stories such as success and failures. Basically it was a simple interview.
I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.
