It was good and it was efficient. The questions which were asked were standard database management questions. The HR was efficient. The entire procedure took like a week which again was pretty efficient when compared to other compainies

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
