All interview processed through telephonic round and the interview questions not related to any technical that you have worked. It's common question applicable to entire ITIS. Some of the question in backup technology like Comm-vault and few are related to windows 2016

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
