Interview
Two interviews.
The first one consisted of a meeting with the future team leads and a Java test on paper. Questions mainly concerned my CV and education. Java test was very easy.
Second interview was with the managers from Ireland and US. Phone interview. Questions on Java. From text book. Relatively easy questions.

1> telephonic technical interview for half and hour.
2> Program exercise(3 programs ).
3> Face to face technical interview for about 2:30 hours.
finally they introduced me to senior manager just for 10-15 min(casual talk).
