IBM Data Engineer interview questions

I got interview call via linkedin. IBM HR reached out for telephonic interview. Process was slow but it was on time. First round was HR screen to make sure profile matches and tech stack is known to the candidate. Second: Technical telephonic interview. Guy was Manager in Big data and asked on Anamoly and data ETL job. ETL process details using ELK stake. Elastic, Logstash. Splunk and so on. Third: It was by Sr guy of Director level. He explained the role in details. Offered to join Banglore team which was problem for me. Guy is well known speaker and PhD. We discussed on offer and gave out almost close to my expectations (except location). Fourth: To make sure I join. I said, I can't join as location is issue. IBM being giant org, such employees and teams get lost in process. Guy offered some joining bonus with some more verbal promises.
