IBM Aplication Developer interview questions

Great Company good hiring process everything was well organized and all rounds were group oriented and presentation based and some technical ,aptitude,presntation etc It was overall a great experience to be with IBM and all the great people there who were very senior mast and technically well advanced and level of questions were great

One round telephonic followed by one round Face to face interview followed by HR round. It took 1 month to release offer. They intentionally release the offer with less compensation what the promissed during hr interview. Then you may need to follow up with your HR manager for that. I changed my offer 3 times.
