After clearing OA, which was quite easy, all the candidates have to go only one interview round that was technical + hr round. It was online. Interviewer asked easy DSA questions and went to ask the skills mentioned in resume and those which were mentioned in JD. interviewer asked oops questions as well. Even many male candidates nailed it, guess what ibm did? They hire only female candidates.
