I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (München, Bavaria) in Jan 2021
Interview
I had an informal interview followed by a formal one with a senior research engineer and the hiring manager. The formal interview was basically a research talk. Next I had a formal technical interview with the hiring manager. Finally I had an HR interview. All the interviews went quite well. However, after the HR, I was completely ghosted by the company and received no further information. On emailing to know the decision after a few weeks, the senior research engineer informed me (quite rudely) that they are yet to finalize and I should not keep waiting for their decision. Haven't heard from them ever since.
