The first round involves introducing your work and research direction. Then they will ask many questions, most of which are very broad. They are currently in great need of VLM and LLM talents. Even if you are not engaged in the VLM or LLM field, they will still ask if you know how to use large models to solve the problems in your current research direction.

it was an ok interview. before entering the room, he looks very tired, did not seem particularly interested but went thru the entire interviewing process anyway. the overall interview was ok but did not get back to me.
