I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Pechino, Pechino) in Sep 2012
Interview
There are five step to decide the offer for the new graduate students. It contains the tech. skill interview focus on the project you have done and the algorithms. Then phys. test and discussion test. IQ test is also needed. There is also the panel test. You'd better not to talk too much. And no words is also a bad idea. They will ask you whether to go to other cities, such as XI'an, Chengdu and so on.
two interviews; in the first interview, they asked CV-related questions; in the second, it was behavioral and asked for cultural fit. The second interview was with the Chinese manager, and it was a one-to-one interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The company requires long working hours. How do you feel about this?
It went smooth, 2 OA, 1 HR Call, 1 Technical Call, 1 Manager Call. All went well, they ask based on your title and field. SO get prepared for what you are applying for like which position you know.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Düsseldorf)
Interview
Getting an invitation for a phone interview was very unexpected for me given that my CV is not linear. The interviewer was incredibly disrespectful. I was shocked about how aggressively she talked to me. I have never experienced something like that. She was treating me like I did something wrong or like she was trying to set me up for failure? She said to me if the interview goes well you will hear from us otherwise you won’t. So not even a rejection mail.
