Honeywell Software Architect interview questions

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. The whole process was amateurish.. had to contact the recruiter couple of times to setup the phone interview. No followup after the interview, no response to emails for status update. The whole process makes you feel as if you are applying for a job with a government rather than a private company.
