Interview
Everything was handled well. I had been to few interviews earlier was frustrated with the process however at HCL they handled all the crowd pretty well. There were 2 rounds, 1 was general and the other one was with Senior PM. Questions asked were relevant to Job profile.

2. Current projects handled
3. Any technical certifications done
4. How to create project Plan on MSP
5. Since i had done Prince2, they questioned me about Prince 2 princicples/processes and stuff
6. If handled a team, any client interactions, end user connection etc
2 Rounds. 1 with technical team and other with Client. Final round is subjected to selected or not selected. Got the call through external HR agency and interview process completed in 3 weeks

Generic. Not too technical for a PM role. They check your domain expertise a lot
The interview process included these were the different rounds of selection.
First was techno functional round
Second was Managerial round
Lastly the Hr round / Salary negotiations.
One round at a time and upon selection would be scheduled for the next round
The interview was a few years ago. The process involved interview with internal recruiter, PMO manager and senior PM. The senior PM was very thorough and personable. The process was straight forward. I appreciated the professionalism and communication
