Gucci CRM Management interview questions

Applied for the position in June, via the Gucci recruitment website. Received an email about 2 months later requesting a Skype interview with the recruiter. This was very much exploratory, standard HR questions and going through my CV in detail. Had to give a lot of 'real life' examples of situations. Lasted about 40mins, which was a good sign. About two weeks later I was called for a f2f interview at Gucci office in London, which happened about a month after that. Focus was very much on the luxury market and I had to demonstrate a lot of knowledge about the sector. It was all very calm and professional with lots of note taking, smiling and nodding. Then there was a long wait for feedback - the whole process took about 5 months!
