Supplied my resume and filled out an application. Spoke with the manager in the office and just had a casual but professional conversation about the job and hours, what I was looking for and what they were looking for. Luckily, our ideas matched up and I started working that week.

In office interview with franchisee then technical interview with a manager. My job history and education was reviewed. The application was pretty typical in asking for past job experience, references and education level. Schedule availability was discussed along with strengths and weaknesses in my technical skills. Product knowledge and any additional skills were discussed.

You meet with a manager at the location you want to work at, you have a sit down interview and then either that same day or a following day you bring a model and demonstrate your skills on a haircut
