I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Great Clips (Vauxhall, NJ) in Dec 2014
Interview
The owner did a phone interview with me asking me a few simple questions. Then asked me to come in. When i came in he took me next door to subway for the interview because the salon doesn't have an office or a break room. He then asked me questions about my experience. If i had my cosmetology license and if i was willing to come in to learn the system until the date for training began.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Great Clips (Burlington, ON) in May 2015
Interview
There was a sit down verbal interview and then a technical one. The franchisee was a very nice person and very easy to talk to. I would work for them again.
Interview was great! Was lied to about hours per week worked and "help" provided on floor--if needed--to learn Great Clips ridiculous haircutting techniques. Was also told girls alternated working weekends. Worked every weekend I was there.
